From Trash to Trend: Fashioning a sustainable future

The detailed Rules of the Competition are stated below:

1. Entries will be accepted from both individuals and Organisations.

2. The designed outfit must be made from at least 75% recyclable or reused materials that would otherwise be thrown away or recycled. These items may include cardboard, steel/tin, recycled fabric or clothing, aluminium, plastics, paper cartons, chipboard, newspaper, mixed papers (magazines, junk mail, and catalogues), paper bags, glass, etc.

3. Each entry must provide its own model whose age shall not exceed 18 years as on September 01, 2023.

4. One Entry can present only one outfit.

5. Each Entry will be alotted 3-4 minutes during the fashion show to precisely describe their outfit, the inspiration behind it, the material used and the overall impact created by the outfit.

6. The outfits will be judged on the basis of creative use of materials, uniqueness, wearability, overall presentation, craftsmanship, fit and functionality, Message and Narration, Audience Engagement, Innovative approach, Adherence to rules.

7. In order to promote art among children, we are keeping registrations free.

The registrations will close on October 23, 2023 at 05:00 pm.
