Appreciating our work, Government of Rajasthan through District Collector, Bharatpur city had awarded us with Certificate of Praise on August 15, 2015 for the tremendous contribution in the implementation of RTE in Rajasthan for this session.

The transformation, Section 12(1) (c) has brought in our children living slums is outstanding inasmuch as the innocent lives now cantillate “Twinkle twinkle little star” instead of asking for some pennies on the crowdy path. This transformation on account of our effort has been recorded and telecasted magnificently worldwide in 15 countries by ETV Rajasthan in its programme “Adhure Khwaab”.

In the case of Abhyutthanam Society v. State of Rajasthan in the year 2016, it was on the first occasion Rajasthan High Court gave comprehensive interpretation of Right to Education in line with Rules of State of Rajasthan in the Public Interest Litigation filed by Abhyutthanam Society.

Incepted in 2014 with an aim to accord every child with Right to Quality education.

Inauguration of School Bharo Aandolan (an initiative directing children to school) by Hon’ble Minister of Education, Sh. Kalicharan Saraf Ji on January 24, 2015.

Our effort has made Education Department, Government of Rajasthan to conduct third round of lottery on May 05, 2015 in order to facilitate RTE admissions in 14,019 private schools where not a single application was made.

Facilitated more than 3000 children of weaker section and disadvantaged group with free admission in private school under Section 12 (1) (c) of RTE Act, 2009.

Donated woolens, clothes and other domestic stuff to more than 1000 people till December 31, 2015.

Recognised by IIM-Ahmedabad, RTE-RC in its State of Nations Report 2016-17 on Implementation of Section 12 (1) (c) of RTE Act, 2009, as pioneer organisation working in Rajasthan on Section 12(1)(c).

The transformation of Madari Basti was magnificently recorded and telecasted by ETV Rajasthan in its show “Adhure Khwaab”.

Got reportable judgement on May 13, 2016 in the PIL filed against Government Notification curtailing Right to Education of children belonging Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group. (Abhyutthanam Society v. State of Rajasthan & Anr.)

The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on December 16, 2016 upheld the Judgement of Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan in the case of Abhyutthanam Society v. State of Rajasthan & Anr. and settled the controversy as to eligibility of children to attain RTE under Section 12 (1) (c) of RTE Act, 2009. This decision has accorded millions of children with Right to Quality Education which were earlier deprived by the Government Notification.
